Refund Policy
EE-UT (이웃) applies different cancellation deadlines and refund standards depending on the product type.
Before making a reservation or payment, please be sure to review the standards below as well as the information provided on each product detail page and payment screen.
Please Check Before You Book
- All cancellation deadlines, fee calculations, and reservation times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST, UTC+9).
- Cancellation and refund standards differ by product, and for some products the policies of partners or external suppliers take precedence.
- If a voucher has already been used, or the date of use (reservation date) has passed, withdrawal of offer or refunds may be restricted.
- Where the Company has given prior notice, refunds may also be restricted when the provision of the service has begun due to reasons attributable to the user.
- Unused vouchers whose validity period has expired are non-refundable.
- You may withdraw your offer within 7 days from the date you receive the document (including in electronic form) on the contents of the contract; however, exceptions may apply under applicable laws and the restrictions above. However, withdrawal of the offer is restricted if the Mobile Voucher has already been used (QR scanned) or if the date of use has passed. This is notified through a separate consent screen before payment.
Cancellation and Refund Standards by Product Type
1) Free-Entry Passes / Pass-Type Products
- The cancellation and refund standards individually notified on the payment screen take precedence.
- For unused mobile vouchers, you may request cancellation and a refund within the refundable period.
- Mobile vouchers that have already been used (QR redemption completed) are non-refundable.
- Unused vouchers whose validity period has expired are non-refundable.
2) Date-and-Time Reservation Products
If separate cancellation and refund standards are notified on the payment screen, those standards take precedence.
If no separate standards are notified or cannot be confirmed, the following default standards apply.
- Cancellation up to 3 days before the scheduled date of use: 100% full refund
- Cancellation up to 1 day before the scheduled date of use: 50% refund
- On the day of use or no-show: non-refundable
3) Products Subject to Partner (External) Policies
- The own cancellation and refund policies of partner accommodations and external suppliers take precedence.
- The applicable standards follow the conditions individually displayed on each product's payment screen.
Exceptional Refund Standards
When use is impossible due to reasons attributable to the Company
If normal use is impossible for reasons such as the following, a 100% full refund will be provided.
- The reservation was not processed properly or a duplicate payment occurred due to a system error of the Company
- The reserved service can no longer be used because the contract with the partner spot was terminated due to the Company's circumstances
- The product information provided by the Company was displayed or advertised differently from the facts, and the contract is rescinded for that reason
- Use is impossible due to unavoidable circumstances of the partner store (e.g., sudden closure)
- Other cases where the user cannot normally use the service due to reasons attributable to the Company
In the event of natural disasters or force majeure
- In principle, the cancellation and refund standards notified in advance on each product's payment screen apply.
- For products subject to partner (external) policies, the policies of the relevant partner or external supplier take precedence.
- Whether an exceptional refund is possible may vary depending on individual product conditions and the supplier's confirmation.
Free-entry passes / pass-type and date-and-time reservation products
- The product-specific cancellation and refund policies notified in advance apply equally.
Products subject to partner (external) policies
- For products of external suppliers such as accommodations, the own policies of the relevant partner or supplier take precedence.
- However, exceptional refund measures are possible only when the accommodation or supplier agrees.
- If the accommodation does not agree, refund support may be difficult.
Refund Procedure and Processing Time
- When a withdrawal of offer or a cancellation/refund reason is confirmed, the Company proceeds with the refund process within 3 business days.
- Refunds are, in principle, made to the payment method used by the user (credit card, etc.).
- For credit card payments, the Company requests the PG and the card company without delay to suspend or cancel the billing.
- Depending on the processing of the card company and the PG, it may take approximately 3–5 additional business days for the actual payment cancellation or refund to be reflected.
- In cases such as withdrawal of offer, no separate penalty or damages are charged, and only the notified cancellation fee may be deducted where necessary.
